House K redefines the essence of hospitality, offering a sanctuary where luxury meets comfort in the most intimate manner. Guests are welcomed into this exquisite suite with the promise of an unforgettable stay, underscored by the suite’s comprehensive amenities. The kitchenette, equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave, boiler, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and coffee mixer, encourages guests to indulge in the comfort of a home-cooked meal made with fresh local produce. In the living room, the imposing space invites guests to get comfortable on the 3-seater sofa and enjoy a 42” Smart TV with a vast variety of satellite channels. The suite can further accommodate guests with the two additional sofa-beds, 110 x 200cm and 80 x 190cm each, ensuring ample space for relaxation. The inclusion of a safe, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board, alongside a hairdryer, adds layers of convenience to the living experience. The suite’s modern amenities are thoughtfully complemented by a tablet and a home phone, ensuring every one of the guests’ needs is being catered for. 1. Do you have private Parking? –

No, there is no private parking in the historic neighbourhood of Panagia. You can find the most affordable 24h private parking lot in Kavala, which is located by the port, just a 7-minute walk away.

2.What are the check-in and check-out times? –

You can check-in your suite every day, between 8:00 and 11:00 in the morning and 15:00 and 20:00 in the afternoon.

3.Do you offer breakfast? –

The suite is fully equipped with everything you are going to need in order to make the breakfast of your dreams.

4.What is the maximum occupancy of the room? –

Each suite can accommodate comfortably: House K: Up to 3 adults and a child under 12 years old House L: Up to 3 adults and a child under 12 years old House M: Up to 3 adults and a child under 12 years old House N: Up to 4 adults There is, of course, the option to provide a baby cradle and a feeding table for your little ones!

5.Are pets allowed? –

No, pets are not allowed.

6.How often is the suite cleaned? –

The suite is cleaned daily. If you need a different arrangement, please inform us.

7.Is smoking permitted in the suite? –

Smoking is permitted only to guests hosted in House L.
